Ingredients:

  • Mince meat 1/2 cup
  • Chicken julienne 1/2 cup
  • Prawns 8-10
  • Mushrooms sliced 4
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate mince, chicken julienne and prawns with salt, white pepper and soya sauce.
  2. Now put chicken stock in one pan. When it boils, put marinated mince, chicken and prawns, mushrooms sliced, salt, white pepper, chili sauce, vinegar and finely chopped capsicum and boil it until it is cooked.
  3. In end, add beaten egg.
  4. Then put corn flour to make soup thick.
  5. Then garnish with coriander and finely chopped green onion.
