Ingredients:

  • Egg 1
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice/Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put oil, egg, salt, sugar, lemon juice or vinegar and mustard in a tall container.
  2. Using a hand blender, blend all the ingredients at high speed till it thickens like mayo.
  3. Slowly bring it up and mix well.
  4. You can make garlic mayo by simply putting a clove of garlic or a tsp of garlic paste and blending it together.
  5. Leave for a few hours to infuse the flavours and then use.
