Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Mushroom slice 1 tin
  • Green onion 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak it. Now boil it in pot. Together put white vinegar and salt. When it boils 2/4, then keep in simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil in karahi pan and do chopped garlic cloves golden brown.
  3. Mix yellow food color and red chili flakes in eggs, beat it, out in oil and stir it fast. When it becomes into pieces, take it out and keep it aside.
  4. Now put chopped carrots, chopped capsicum and mushroom slice and stir fry it.
  5. Then put white vinegar, soya sauce, chicken cube and brown sugar. Then add rice and stir it fast.
  6. When it mix nicely, then put sesame oil.
  7. After that, take out in dish, put eggs and green onion and serve hot.
