Korean BBQ Chicken by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast pieces 1
  • Chopped ginger 2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Red chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • BBQ sauce 4 tbsp
  • Carrot 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First marinate chicken with chopped ginger, red chili paste, lemon juice and salt and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat grill pan and keep marinated chicken.
  3. When on side is ready, then turn it until it tendered well.
  4. Then mix soya sauce, honey and bbq sauce in bowl and put on chicken.
  5. In end, cut carrot, onion and capsicum finely, keep on sides of grill pan and serve.
