Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • White lentil 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Add white flour, salt and water as required in bowl, knead it and leave for 30 minutes. Dough is ready.
  2. For filling: Boil little hard white lentil.
  3. Then add black pepper and salt and grind in chopper.
  4. For making pathoray: Make small small balls of flour.
  5. Now fill with white lentil.
  6. Now roll with hand or rolling pin like kachori and deep fry in hot oil.
  7. Pathoray is ready.
