Handi Fish Korma by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Brown onion 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First heat oil and put ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, brown onion, turmeric, salt and chili powder.
  2. Together mix yogurt, brown onion, black cumin, white cumin and desiccated coconut, also add this and fry it nicely.
  3. Now put fish with 1/2 cup water and leave for simmer.
  4. In end, add green coriander and green chilies.
