Ingredients:

  • Mix vegetable 2
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
  • Peanut 5-6
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Whole red chili 5-6
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy seed 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves 2-3
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First roast mustard seeds, peanut, whole red chili, black pepper and poppy seed and grind it.
  2. Put oil in pan, put ginger garlic paste and onion paste and fry it.
  3. Then add chopped tomato and roast it.
  4. Now put turmeric powder, whole cumin and salt and mix it.
  5. When tomato is tendered, put green chilies and water as required and leave until tender.
  6. When water dries, vegetable is tendered, add cream and give bhagar of curry leaves.
  7. In end, dish out it.
  8. Mix jhat pat sabzi is ready.
