Stuffed Capsicum by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 250 gm

Method:

  1. First heat oil, put onion with chili powder, ginger garlic, coriander powder, turmeric and salt.
  2. Together add tomatoes and fry it nicely.
  3. Now put mince and 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until mince tender.
  4. Then cut capsicum on top, fill with mince and close top portion.
  5. After that, cook in same pan in which mince was cooked.
  6. Now put 1/4 cup water until capsicum becomes soft and tender.
  7. Then garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
