Sev Chaat Burger by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Burger buns 4
  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Green coriander 4 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Sev 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First, put red chili powder, salt and ginger garlic paste in chicken mince and cook on low flame. When mince is tendered and water dries, then remove the stove.
  2. Put mince, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, green coriander, sev and tamarind paste in pot and mix it.
  3. Then cut burger bun from center, make space like katora on lower portion and fill with sev chaat.
  4. In end, put 1 spoon tomato ketchup and keep second portion of burger.
