Ingredients:

  • Coarsely crushed mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First mix yogurt, salt, turmeric and white cumin in mince.
  2. Now heat oil and do 2 sliced onion golden brown.
  3. Then add mince and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. After that, put 2 cup water, cover it and cook it.
  5. When mince is approx cooked, put green chilies, 1 chopped onion and crushed garlic, cover it and cook again.
  6. When water dries and mince is tendered, then put lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
