Pahadi Karahi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Chopped tomato 4
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger & green chilies for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry chicken, take out and keep it aside.
  2. Then fry chopped garlic and chopped ginger in this oil and roast mince.
  3. Now add chopped tomato, yogurt, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, black pepper, all spice powder and red chili and roast it.
  4. When meat tender and karahi leaves oil, add fried chicken and mix it.
  5. Then put ginger and green chilies, mix it, dish out it and serve.
