Ingredients:

  • Biscuits 1 packet
  • Chocolate swiss roll 4-5
  • Pineapple syrup 1 cup
  • Pineapple tidbits 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 400 gm
  • Icing sugar 2 oz
  • Melted milk chocolate 200 gm
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Grated chocolate for decoration

Method:

  1. First spread biscuits on base of rectangular pyrex dish.
  2. Then moist it with pineapple syrup.
  3. Give light layer of chocolate swiss roll, pineapple tidbits and whipped cream on top.
  4. Now mix with melted milk chocolate and dissolved gelatin.
  5. Then give layer again and chill it in fridge for 1 hour.
  6. In end, decorate it with grated chocolate and piped cream.
