Ingredients:

  • Undercut thinly sliced 400 gm
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Carrot 1
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 sliced
  • Spaghetti boiled 3 cups
  • Samosa strips fried 6

Method:

  1. Boiled undercut beef with soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, garlic paste and 1 cup water until it tender and dry.
  2. Then heat oil, do onion sliced light golden and take out.
  3. Now put carrot julienne, boiled meat, capsicum sliced, boiled spaghetti, tomato puree, salt, crushed red chili and soya sauce and mix it nicely.
  4. Then add green coriander and green chilies and serve with fried samosa strips.
