Spicy Chicken Broast by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg or 8 pieces
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Egg white 3
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flakes or Chili chips 2 cups
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Heat water a lot in one pot and put chicken pieces. Together put vinegar and some salt and take out chicken from water after 5 minutes.
  2. Now mix flour, baking powder, corn flour, rice flour, sugar, salt, mustard powder, red chili flakes and white pepper nicely in one tray and keep dry.
  3. Then beat egg whites nicely.
  4. Keep corn flakes and chili chips in separate tray.
  5. Now paste dry masala on one one chicken pieces nicely. Then dip in egg whites. Then put corn flakes or chili chips.
  6. Now heat oil in karahi pan and deep fry one by one.
