Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 4 to 5
  • Maiden Hairfern 5 gm
  • Black night shade 5 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2 to 3
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Whole green chilies 8 to 10
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in pan and fry chicken.
  2. When chicken color changes, add chopped ginger garlic and green chilies to cook.
  3. When green chilies turn soft and fragrance comes, add tomato, maiden Hairfern, black night shade, crushed black pepper, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, all spice powder, crushed black red chili and salt and roast on high flame.
  4. When oil separates, add bunch green coriander and whole green chilies and mix it.
  5. Dish it out, garnish with green coriander and serve.
