Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish cubes 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Hoisen sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Egg white 1-2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Self raising flour 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate boneless fish cubes with lemon juice. hoisen sauce, salt, black pepper, chili garlic sauce and mustard powder for 1 hour.
  2. Now roll in self raising flour and dip in egg white.
  3. Then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
  4. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
