Ingredients:

  • Mutton kidneys 12
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 7 cloves
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Crushed green coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemons 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First cut mutton kidneys into 2 parts. Now marinate it with garlic cloves for 15 minutes. Then clean with cold water and drain water.
  2. Cook mutton kidneys with ginger garlic paste in small pan on low flame.
  3. When water dries, add red chili powder, crushed black pepper, roasted cumin powder and oil and fry it.
  4. When oil is separated from masalay, sprinkle chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and lemon juice and serve hot.
