Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Flour 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Green chili 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First mix flour, corn flour, salt, ginger garlic paste and 1/2 cup cold water and make paste.
  2. Now dip cauliflower in this paste and deep fry it in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Then take it out and keep it aside.
  4. Then heat oil in pan, put chopped garlic and  fry until light golden.
  5. Then put chopped onion and green chili.
  6. Now put soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar and sugar.
  7. Then add fried cauliflower in mixture and mix it nicely.
  8. In end, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
