Beans Salad by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled kidney beans 1 cup
  • Boiled green peas 1 cup
  • Boiled white kidney beans 1 cup
  • Can corns 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped green onion 1 stick
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First boil white kidney beans, red kidney beans and green peas.
  2. Put chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, black pepper and salt in mixing bowl and mix it.
  3. Then put olive oil, brown sugar, tamarind paste and lemon juice and mix it
  4. Now add chopped tomato, red kidney beans, white kidney beans, corns and green peas.
  5. Dish it out in deep dish, garnish with green onion, papri and yogurt and serve.
