Kishmish Chicken Rice by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 2-1/2 cups
  • Raisins 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 8 cloves
  • Chicken fillet 3
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Fresh red chilies 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Soak raisins in lukewarm water.
  2. Now mash chicken fillet lightly lightly, put salt, 1/2 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp white vinegar and keep for a while.
  3. Now put some oil in frying pan and roast chicken fillet. Then cut into small small pieces.
  4. Then heat oil in karahi pan and do chopped garlic golden brown.
  5. Then put chicken, raisins, fresh red chilies and chopped green chilies, roast it lightly and put boiled rice.
  6. Then add 1/2 tbsp soya sauce and 1/2 tbsp vinegar, stir fry for 5 minutes and serve hot.
