Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put chopped onion, chopped ginger garlic, salt, red chili powder and all spice powder in handi and cook with boneless chicken.
  2. When water of masala and chicken dries, put yogurt.
  3. When water of yogurt becomes dry, add oil, tomatoes and chopped green chilies and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put fresh cream and chopped ginger and keep on simmer.
  5. Handi murgh masala is ready.
