Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put chicken pieces, salt, ginger garlic paste and salt in karahi pan and cook it.
  2. When water of chicken dries, put oil and crushed black pepper and roast it nicely.
  3. In end, put lemon juice and chopped ginger and serve hot.
