Ingredients:

For Pie:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Powder milk 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Instant yeast 1-1/2 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Bhuna keema 1 cup
  • Mushrooms chopped 4
  • Capsicum chopped 3 tbsp
  • Onion 3 tbsp
  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  • Black olives slice 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl, knead it and leave for rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Now punch down dough.
  3. Grease 8 inch pie tin.
  4. Divide dough into 2 portions.
  5. Roll one portions in 1/4 inch thick and spread on one pie plate.
  6. Spread pizza sauce, grated cheddar cheese, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, black olives slice and bhuna keema.
  7. Now roll second dough thick roti, put on top and close edges.
  8. Now mark cut with knife and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. When brown, then take it out.
  10. Now spread pizza sauce, grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and bake again for 10 minutes.
