Crispy Chinese Chicken Wings by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Egg 1-2
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Sesame oil 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Divide chicken wings into 2 portions.
  2. Put garlic paste, sesame oil, soya sauce, brown sugar, rice flour, black pepper crushed, egg, chicken powder and salt, mix it and marinate chicken wings.
  3. Then heat oil on low flame, deep fry chicken wings, take out in dish and serve.
