Bareek Sev by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Gram flour 250 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yellow color pinch
- Water as required
Method:
- Mix gram flour with salt and yellow color and knead with water until soft.
- Now put in nimco machine.
- Now heat oil in karahi pan.
- Put batter in oil from nimco machine and fry until brown.
- Then cool it.
- When crisp, then break int finely.
