  • Flour 2 cups
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Now knead it medium soft dough with water, cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then make portions, roll in saucer size puri and deep fry it in hot oil.
