Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • White turnip 1/2 kg
  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Lemons 3
  • Carrots 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Chopped coriander some
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel white turnip and carrots and cut into 4 pieces.
  2. Now wash meat and clean it. Also chop green chilies and chopped coriander finely.
  3. Then put oil, meat, onion, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and water in pot so that meat tender. Keep it on low flame and close stove after meat tender.
  4. Then grind roasted gram and white cumin finely and mix in mince. Also add 1 tsp all spice powder, grind mince, make small small koftay and fry it lightly.
  5. Also fry carrot and white turnip in this oil.
  6. Now put yogurt, sugar and tomatoes in meat pot and roast it nicely.
  7. Then put koftay, carrot and turnip, put 3-4 cup water and simmer it on low flame.
  8. When oil comes up, add green masala, 1 tsp all spice powder and lemon juice, simmer it 5 minutes more and serve hot with naan.
