Shinwari Karahi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 20 pieces
  • Oil 1-1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Karahi gosht masala 3 tbsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Sliced ginger 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry chicken pieces on high flame.
  2. Now take out chicken pieces. Also take out oil.
  3. Then add tomato and ginger garlic paste in chicken, cover it and leave it for 20 minutes.
  4. Now remove cover and peel tomatoes. Then add in fried chicken with karahi gosht masala, cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. In end, put sliced ginger, green chilies and green coriander.
