Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 3
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Honey 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Wash chicken boneless boti, marinate with salt and ginger garlic paste and keep on stove to fry water.
  2. Mix flour, corn flour and baking soda in one tray.
  3. Beat eggs whites nicely.
  4. Coat each chicken boti with dry masala. Then dip in egg whites.
  5. Then heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry chicken botiyan and take it out. When all botiyan are fried, put fried chicken in second karahi pan with out oil, put honey and stir it fast.
  6. When honey becomes caramel, put lemon juice and black pepper and serve hot.
