Ingredients:

For Dhokery:

  • Semolina 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour 250 gm
  • Sour curd 1/2 kg
  • Fruit salt 2 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1-1/2 tsp

For Chutney:

  • Khatai 50 gm
  • Kashmiri red chili 6 soaked
  • Garlic 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak khatai and Kashmiri red chili for 4-6 hours.
  2. Now cook both in 1 cup water.
  3. Then grind it with garlic nicely.
  4. Then heat oil and put white cumin seeds.
  5. Then add chutney, cook for 5 minutes, take it put and serve with dhokery.
  6. For dhokery: Grease mold and put 1/4 batter.
  7. Now mix 1/4 water and put fruit salt. Then add batter, mix it and put in mold.
  8. Put 1 pinch red chili powder, cumin seeds and coriander leaves, cover it, steam it for 10 minutes and serve with chutney.
