Ingredients:

  • Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram grinded 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 2 tsp
  • Coriander roasted 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Onion rings for garnishing
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander & mint leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Mix yogurt, ginger garlic, brown onion, all spice, crushed red pepper, chili powder, roasted gram grinded, white cumin, coriander roasted, salt and raw papaya in bowl.
  2. Now put mixture in beef pasanday and marinate it.
  3. Then heat oil, put marinated pasanday and cook until it is ready and thick masala remains.
  4. Garnish with onion rings, coriander and mint leaves.
