Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Olives 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes lice 2
  • Onion slice 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper, all spice powder and salt.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and fry chicken.
  3. Add water as required and cook until tender.
  4. Then add tomato, onion and olives and cook it.
  5. When mixture dries, dish out, garnish with green coriander and serve.
