Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

For Paste:

  • Onions 1-1/2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Cashew nuts few

For Cooking:

  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Mint leaves as required

Method:

  1. For marination: Marinate chicken with curd, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and ginger garlic paste for 2-3 hours.
  2. For paste: Put all ingredients in blender, blend it and cook in pan for 30 minutes.
  3. For cooking: First cook marinated chicken in oven.
  4. After some smoke, put oil in pan, heat it, put chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry until brown.
  5. Then put tomato, salt, red chili and some garam masala and fry it.
  6. Now put roasted chicken and cook for while.
  7. Then cook paste for 5 minutes more.
  8. Then sprinkle green chilies and mint leaves.
  9. Smoked roast is ready.
  10. Serve with raita and naan.
