Boneless Chicken Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Nutmeg 1
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mace 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Star anise 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, put ginger garlic paste, black cumin, bay leaves, nutmeg and mace.
  2. Also add boneless chicken and roast it nicely.
  3. Now put stock, salt and green chilies and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add boiled rice, star anise, mint leaves, kewra, saffron and yellow food color, simmer it for 5 minutes and close stove.
  5. Boneless chicken pulao is ready.
