Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Bun 4
  • Eggs 2
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Demigras sauce 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomatoes, Lettuce to decorate

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and saute onion.
  2. Then put double grinded beef mince with fat in mixing bowl, add fried onion, black pepper, white pepper, salt, corn flour and eggs, mix it nicely and make kabab.
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry kabab on both sides on low flame.
  4. Cut bun into 2 pieces.
  5. Cut tomatoes into slices.
  6. Keep lettuce on bun, put kabab on it and keep tomato.
  7. In end, put sauce, keep second piece of bun on top and serve.
