Gulzar Special Nihari Masala by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Critic acid 1 tbsp
  • Rajhistani chili 50 gm
  • Talhar chili 50 gm
  • White cumin 6 tbsp
  • Black cumin 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 4 tbsp
  • Black cardamom 1 tbsp
  • Star anise 2
  • Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg 2

Method:

  1. First roast all ingredients on tawa.
  2. Now put all masalay in blender and grind it nicely.
  3. Masala is ready and it is for 3-4 kg.
