Easy Italian Chicken by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Chicken legs 8
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Crushed red chillies 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. In large pan, brown chicken pieces in oil and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Crush garlic cloves and squeeze over chicken.
  3. Cover pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes each side
  4. Remove cover, sprinkle with crushed red chillies and salt to taste, add water and simmer over low heat until water evaporates and chicken pieces are sticky and tender.
