Ingredients:

For Stock:

  • Mutton meat 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Boiled rice 500 gm
  • White chickpeas 1 cup
  • Red kidney beans 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Method:

  1. For stock: Heat olive oil in pot and roast meat, onion and ginger garlic nicely.
  2. Now add black pepper, red chili and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add 2 jug water and cook until stock is made.
  4. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic cloves.
  5. Now put chickpeas, beans and rice and roast it.
  6. Then put in soup and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  7. In end, put in serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
