Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp

For Onion Paste:

  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 8
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 15

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put green chilies, fennel seeds, white cumin, mustard seeds and onion seeds and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Now grind onion, 8 green chilies and ginger garlic, put it and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put meat and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add salt, coriander powder, all spice and 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Now put grinded coriander leaves in yogurt and stir it until gravy is thick.
  6. In end, give bhagar of oil, mustard seeds, onion seeds and curry leaves.
