Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 250 gm
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for  fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak chickpeas with soda overnight.
  2. Then drain its water and boil it.
  3. Now put garlic, green coriander, mint leaves, all spice, baking powder, white pepper and salt and mix it.
  4. Now make tikkiyan, heat oil in pan and fry it.
  5. In end, take it out and serve with pita bread and sauce.
