Ingredients:

  • Wheat - 1 1/2 cup
  • Beef - 1 kg
  • Barley - 1/2 cup
  • Gram - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 2 tbsp
  • Mix Spice Powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion - for garnishing
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnishing 
  • Mint - for garnishing 
  • Green Chilies - for garnishing 
  • Lemon - for garnishing 
  • Ginger - for garnishing 

Method:

  1. In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, beef and fry.
  2. Then add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, mix spice powder, and mix well.
  3. Now add water and cook beef well.
  4. In a separate pan add gram, barley, water and boil.
  5. When it is fully boiled add cooked beef in it and mix well.
  6. Add salt and garnish with onions, coriander leaves, mint, green chilies, lemon and ginger.
