Ingredients:

  • Mutton liver 1-1/2 kg
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Crush garlic, put in liver and keep for 10 minutes.
  2. Now wash with cold water, keep in strainer, so that water drain nicely.
  3. Then put liver in wok.
  4. Also add red chili, ginger garlic paste and vinegar and cook on low flame.
  5. When water dries, put black pepper and cumin, roast it lightly and add oil.
  6. Then put lemon juice, green coriander, green chilies and salt and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice or naan.
