Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onions 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 12
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate mince with yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Now roast it in hot oil on high flame.
  3. Then crush cumin, whole coriander and green chilies and add it.
  4. Then cut onion finely like omelet and put it.
  5. Also put all spice powder, chili powder, black pepper and green coriander and simmer it.
  6. Close stove after 10 minutes, take out in dish, sprinkle chopped garlic and serve it.
