Ingredients For Soya Bean breakfast

For soya bean

White soya bean (boiled) :1bowl.

Red Chilli (Crushed): 1-2 tsp

Dry coriander( crushed):1-2tsp

Salt :to taste

Olive oil :1 to 2 tsp

Onion ( medium) :1

Turmenic :pinch

Ginger garlic paste: 1tbsp 

Tomatoes:3-4

Lemon juice :2 - 3 tbsp

Steam vegetables

Capsicum:1

Carrot:1

Mushroom(sliced):3-4

Cluster beans:3-4 

Oil :1-2 tsf

Salt and pepper:pinch

Steam eggs

Egg:2

Salt and pepper:pinch

Oil : 1 tsf

For beans..

Boil beans

Method

For souce

Take some olive oil in pan ..add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.cook it till smells nicely..add in small amount red chilli and dry coriander ( lightly crushed) and termeric powder  ..1add salt to taste.add 3 to 4 tomatoes.cook it till softens ..shift the paste into grinder and make a paste .shift again in pan .fry it well and then add water into it..now add boil beans into pan..add lemon juice into it. Cook for a while and then remove from stove.

Steam vegetables

Add olive oil in a pan ..add vegetables and back pepper and salt (pinch) ..fry it .

Steam egg

Add oil in pan ..place moulds on pan and then eggs into moulds..add water to it ..cover it with lid so the steam generates and egg cooks..when egg completely cook .remove it from pan gently.

Place soya beans ,steamed egg and vegetables on a platter and serve it with brown bread slices.
