Fish Tikka Shashlik by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Capsicum 2

For Marination:

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Orange color 1 pinch

For Topping:

  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves few

Method:

  1. Mix ginger garlic paste, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, curd, vinegar, corn flour, cream and orange color in mix and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil in pan.
  3. Then skew fish, onion, tomato and capsicum in wooden skewers and grill for 10 minutes.
  4. When ready, put chaat masala and coriander leaves and serve.
