Bihari Pasanday by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Pasanday 750 gm
  • Raw papaya 2 tbsp
  • Prepared pasanday masala 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves, Green chilies for garnish
  • Onion rings for garnish

Method:

  1. Marinate pasanday with papaya, pasanday masala, brown onion, yogurt, salt and ginger garlic for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil, put marinated pasanday in single layer, cover it and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  3. In end, garnish with onion rings, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
