Ingredients:

  • Egg 1
  • Onions 2
  • Buns 4
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix onion, flour, cumin, salt, ginger garlic paste, pomegranate seeds, coriander, egg and chili powder in mince, make kabab and freeze it.
  2. When to make it, take it out 30 minutes before, shallow fry it and serve with buns.
