Bondi Raita by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Bondi 2 cups
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak bondi in water.
  2. Put yogurt in big bowl, add salt, cumin, red pepper, sugar and green chilies and beat it nicely.
  3. Then put yogurt in soaked bondi and mix it nicely.
  4. In end, put coriander leaves on top and serve.
