Ingredients:

For Roti:

  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 pinch
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Paste:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Talhar chili paste 4 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Sal to taste
  • Keema 150 gm

Method:

  1. For roti: Add all ingredients in flour and mix it.
  2. Then knead with water as required and roll thin roti.
  3. For paste: Add all ingredients in grinder except oil and make paste.
  4. For qatlama: Spread paste like pizza on roll roti, deep fry it and serve.
