Corn & Chicken Keema by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Corn 1 cup
  • Chicken mince 2 cups
  • Onions (chopped) 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Green chillies (chopped) 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute.
  2. Add onions and saute till lightly colored.
  3. Add green chillies and saute.
  4. Add chicken mince and 1/2 cup yogurt and mix.
  5. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and corn and mix well.
  6. Add 1/2 cup yogurt and ginger-garlic paste and mix.
  7. Add garam masala powder and powdered dried fenugreek leaves and mix well.
  8. Cover and cook on low heat till mince is done.
